For professional instruction, an effective and safe workout, and little extra motivation, exercisers turn to The Recreation Place Group Fitness classes. Group fitness is a great way to find motivation and accountability, while working with an instructor who can provide assistance to help you get results. All classes are instructed by fitness professionals and individuals experienced in specific activities. Classes include Yoga, Senior Stretch, Step, Pilates, Zumba, Spin, Tabata, and Toning classes.
